Thank you for this, very well done and much needed! For over 30 years, I have work in what the US state of New York calls, Residential Services. Serving people who are financially poor ~ they benefit from ( and do potential landlords/property owners ) supports to help them become successful and good tenants. Landlords are concerned for their properties and their payments. Community supports to help them be desirable tenants works …
